Q: How do I install Skyward?
A: To access Skyward, you use a web browser so no installation is required.
Q: I'm receiving warnings about popups being blocked. What do I do?
A: In order to work properly, Skyward needs popups. You may need to configure your browser to allow popups on the Skyward site.
Q: I received an email to log in for the first time but it didn't contain a password.
A: Those emails don't contain a password but instead, they contain a link that will take you to a page where you can set your password for the first time.
Q: What kind of information can I see in Skyward?
A: Online grades, attendance, grade history, contact info, messages from teachers, and more.
Q: I'm trying to log in for the first time via the mobile app but it's not working. What should I do?
A: We recommend using a web browser when you log in for the first time and not the mobile app. Once you've selected a password, then try logging in with the app.
Q: As a parent/guardian, I see 000 at the end of my username. Are those zeros or the letter "O"?
A: Those are zeros.
